PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion-proof liquid coating apparatus and a method on an unvulcanized rubber sheet member capable of coating with suppressed unevenness of concentration by removing coating unevenness of adhesion-proof liquid, and securing stable adhesion-proof performance.SOLUTION: In an adhesion-proof liquid coating apparatus 1 arranged in a preceding process of a drier 7 for drying adhesion-proof liquid coated on the surface of an unvulcanized rubber sheet member R, an adhesion-proof agent is allowed to adhere by adhesion-proof agent adhering means 2 onto the surface of the rubber sheet member R conveyed from a kneader 6, and then, steam is sprayed by steam spray means 3 onto the rubber sheet member R to solubilize the adhesion-proof agent adhering onto the rubber sheet member R by the steam, and to thereby obtain the state where the adhesion-proof liquid is coated on the surface of the rubber sheet member R. |
