<p>An automatic bread maker is provided with: a cooking container into which a bread material is introduced; a kneading blade and a milling blade, which are rotatably provided within the cooking container; a single motor which transmits rotational driving force to the kneading blade and the milling blade; and an inverter device which controls the rotation of the motor. The inverter device is configured so as to control the rotation of the motor so that the following steps are performed: a milling step for transmitting the rotational driving force of the motor to the milling blade, causing the milling blade to rotate and mill the bread material; and a kneading step for transmitting the rotational driving force of the motor to the kneading blade, causing the kneading blade to rotate and knead the bread material, and the inverter device is also configured so as to perform different types of rotation control in the kneading step and the milling step. Consequently, the automatic bread maker is reduced in size and can more appropriately operate the motor in the bread making process.</p> |
