The present invention relates to a resonator and a biosensor system comprising the same. The resonator according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a conductive pattern including at least one gap region. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the conductive pattern has an arc shape. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the resonator includes a dielectric substrate which is arranged in the lower part of the conductive pattern.
