PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can reduce an overall electric power consumption of multiple cooling devices as much as possible by simple calculation.SOLUTION: A demand control apparatus 10 generates such a constraint condition that the corrected entire cold heat loads (L-ΔQ) obtained by subtracting a necessary capacity inhibiting amountΔQ from the sum L of cold heat loads corresponding to the driving capability to be output by multiple cooling devices 2-k in the future, respectively, is equal to a total value of the values obtained by multiplying the driving capability Qof the multiple cooling devices 2-k by a driving state value uindicating those driving/stopping state, respectively. Then, the demand control apparatus 10 calculates the driving capability Qof the multiple cooling devices 2-k and the driving state value uto minimize the total value of the values obtained by multiplying the electric power consumption Wof the multiple cooling devices 2-k by those driving state values u, respectively, under the constraint condition. |
