The invention relates to a novel method for incorporating at least one hydrosoluble active agent into a hydrophilic polymer foam. The method allows the production of especially a hydrophilic polyurethane foam having a gradient of active agents. This method is especially useful in the production of hydrophilic polyurethane foams for medical, cosmetic and dermo-cosmetic purposes.
