<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a character input system capable of facilitating character input while improving the degree of freedom in operation place.SOLUTION: A character input system 1 includes a reception section 11 which recognizes movements of fingers of both the hands of a user, a storage section 15 which stores character information having a plurality of character groups divided by pluralities of characters in advance, and a control section 17 which extracts characters from the storage section 15 based upon the movements of fingers of the user. The control section 17 functions to extract one character group from the plurality of character groups based upon movements of the fingers of one hand of the user and to extract one character from the extracted character group based upon movements of the fingers of the other hand of the user.</p> |
