<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone-based coating agent composition for resins, which can forms a cured film having good adhesion with resin base materials of polycarbonates or the like without using a primer and having excellent transparency, scratch resistance, and ultraviolet-shielding property serving as a yardstick of durability, without using equipment for heating, UV irradiation or the like.SOLUTION: The coating agent composition for resins includes (A) an alkoxysilane having an ultraviolet absorbing functional group, (B) colloidal particles of silicon oxide, (C) a polyfunctional alkoxysilane and/or partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof, and (D) phosphoric acid.</p> |
