PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor module of DDP structure having two memories in which signal paths to a substrate have the same length for a DQ signal and a DQS signal.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: an input terminal that receives a signal for switching the operation from ×N operation to ×M (M=N/2) operation; an input terminal that receives a switching signal indicating an even numbered DQ pin or an odd numbered DQ pin; N DQ control circuits that inputs/outputs the DQ signal through a corresponding DQ pin according to a supplied DQS signal when the DQS signal is supplied from the DQS pin; a first DQS control circuit supplying the DQS signal to a DQ control circuit corresponding to the even numbered DQ pin when the even numbered DQ pin is indicated during ×M operation; and a second DQS control circuit supplying the DQS signal to a DQ control circuit corresponding to the odd numbered DQ pin when the odd numbered DQ pin is indicated during ×M operation. |
