PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for forming a spiral uneven pattern on the surface of ground fish meat in a cylindrical shape, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A forming roller 14 having a spiral projection 12 on the surface, and transportation means 16 which transports a ground fish meat M formed in a cylindrical shape around a skewer S, with the longitudinal axis of the skewer in parallel with the central axis of the forming roller 14, in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal axis, are prepared. The revolving forming roller 14 comes in contact with the surface of the ground fish meat M formed in a cylindrical shape in transport, so as to form a spiral groove 13 on the surface of the ground fish meat M corresponding to the spiral projection 12. |
