PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening member which can prevent the electric corrosion of a member to be fastened and the corrosion of a member for fastening.SOLUTION: A fastening member 10 includes a washer 100 and a member 110 for fastening formed of a ferrous material, and a member 1 to be fastened formed of a magnesium alloy is fastened by the member for fastening via the washer. The member for fastening has a flange part 111 having a tapered part 112 which is inclined so as to expand toward the washer, and pressing the washer. The washer has a peripheral part 101 surrounding the flange part, and a height H of the peripheral part from a seat face 113 on which the flange part and the washer abut is not larger than a thickness T of the flange part from the seat face up to the tapered part. |
