This application relates to the field of wireless communications. Disclosed area a cell resource configuration method and device, so as to solve the problem of how to configure resources of local cells within an overlapped area covered by multiple macro base stations. In the method, the macro base station allocates radio resources to the local cells and sends configuration information of the radio resources to local nodes of the local cells, and then the local nodes configure the radio resources of the local cells according to the configuration information; or the local nodes configure the radio resources of the local cells. This application solves the problem of how to configure resources of local cells within an overlapped area covered by multiple macro base stations.
