PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the quantity of external light usable for charge using a solar battery panel comparing with the conventional art, in a device configured by arranging the solar battery panel on the rear surface of a display panel.SOLUTION: The EL display panel includes a transparent EL panel 12, and a solar battery panel 13 for generating power using the energy of incident light. The solar battery panel 13 is arranged on the rear surface of the transparent EL panel 12, and hence the external light passes through the transparent EL panel 12 and comes into the solar battery panel 13. |
