<p>The present invention relates to an exercising aid tool that allows for exercise through playing with a ball by limiting a radius of movement, and more particularly, to an exercising aid tool which has a vest-shape that is worn on the front and back shoulders of a user and in which the length thereof is easily controlled and easily fastened so as to be suitable for various body shapes and physiques of users in order to allow users to play with the ball. According to the present invention, shoulder straps are respectively fixed to a right front plate (1) and a left front plate (2) of a vest (100) so as to allow the user to control the length of the shoulder straps (4) and to fix the shoulder straps through control holes (5) while wearing the vest (100) by inserting both arms through the shoulder straps (4), a cord (8) of a spool (9) connected to fastening holes (7a and 7b), which are fixed to the insides of the right front plate (1) and the left front plate (2), is inserted into the ball (10) so to play with same, and a smartphone (6) can be mounted to a smartphone stand (6) at the front of the vest. When the tool is not used for exercise, the ball (10) may be deflated, tied up with a fixing string (12), fastened using a fastening structure (14), and hung up on a hook (15) so as to store said tool.</p> |
