<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-on reset circuit for outputting a predetermined reset signal.SOLUTION: The power-on reset circuit includes: a first impedance device and a first switch device mutually connected in series, and connected between a power node and a first node, with a control terminal of the first switch device connected to the power node; a first capacitor connected between the first node and a reference ground; a second switch device connected between the first node and a connection node, with a control terminal of the second switch device connected to the power node; a third switch device connected between the connection node and the reference ground, with a control terminal of the third switch device connected to the power node; a fourth switch device connected between a second node and the reference ground, with a control terminal of the fourth switch device connected to the connection node; a second impedance device connected between the power node and the second node; a second capacitor connected between the second node and the reference ground; and a control circuit connected between the second node and a reset input terminal of the circuit device.</p> |
