The present invention relates to a device and a method for managing a delivery address, capable of reducing complaints about deliveries and reducing unnecessary revisits by safely and clearly delivering multiple articles by consent. The device and the method enable a deliverer terminal which collects information on a delivery to send an SMS that requests receiving information to a receiver contact number in the corresponding information, and then to provide a deliverer with a deliver list configured by corresponding to the delivery information the SMS received in response. Therefore, the device and the method allow the deliverer to identify the status of the receiver before the delivery to reduce burdens in receiver′s absence while allowing the receiver to clearly provide his/her receiving status or information on a representative receiving point along with the delivery information confirmation, thereby providing safe and reliable delivery. Also, in a case that a deliverer terminal does not receive receiving information after sending the SMS that requests the receiving information, or that the receiver contact number is not available to receive the SMS, the receiving information is received by a voice through an automated phone connection having a voice message sending function so that the deliverer can listen to the delivery list by corresponding the received voice information to the delivery information to be collected and expressed in the delivery list. Therefore, the device and the method can reduce burdens in receiver′s absence by allowing the deliverer to identify the receiver′s status before the delivery while allowing the receiver to provide his/her receiving status or a representative receiving point along with the delivery information, thereby providing safe and reliable delivery. |
