The present invention relates to a psychological counseling method through a communication system. The psychological counseling method includes the following steps of: receiving a call signal from a consumer and forming a call connection; receiving a psychological counseling application signal from a consumer during a call; outputting a call signal about a psychological counselor based on the psychological counseling application signal; forming a call between the consumer and the psychological counselor if the psychological counselor receives the call signal; and calculating psychological counseling costs based on the counseling time and imposing the psychological counseling costs on the consumer. |
