The present invention, constructed in a tunnel structure with a triangular cross section, relates to a triangular tunnel type artificial fish-reef which has least possibility of physical collision with tidal current or waves thereby having excellent installation stability and magnifying effects of creating marine afforestation. The artificial fish-reef provides a wide space therein to protect fish and shellfishes. The triangular tunnel type artificial fish-reef according to the present invention comprises a tunnel type body having 1st, 2nd and 3rd side walls so as to form a triangular cross section having an inner space wherein supporting protrusions are protruded in an outer side direction on each edge of the tunnel type body and more than one opening units are formed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd side walls of the tunnel type body.
