The present invention relates to a welding torch and, more specifically, to a welding torch which includes: a contact tip (2) having a first assembly unit (2a) manufactured in a tapered form on the bottom, and a second assembly unit (2b) manufactured in a form in which an external diameter has a stepped center; a gas diffuser (7) coupled to the contact tip, by having a third assembly unit (7a) with a tapered internal diameter where the first assembly unit (2a) of the contact tip (2) is inserted; a gas nozzle (3) having a fourth assembly unit (3a) having an internal diameter processed into a collet-shaped groove (3a-1) on the bottom, and a fifth assembly unit (3b) having an internal diameter stepped on the center where the contact tip (2), the gas diffuser (7), and a gas disperser (4) are included; the gas disperser (4) in which internal diameter is inserted to the external diameter of the contact tip (2), to be mounted to a space inside the internal diameter of the gas nozzle (3) while being coupled to the contact tip (2), and top end is in contact with a step (3b-1) of a fifth assembly unit (3b) of the gas nozzle (3) while having the bottom end be in contact with a step (2b-1) of the second assembly unit (2b) of the contact tip (2); an insulator (6) in which internal diameter is inserted to an external diameter of the gas diffuser (7) to be coupled to the gas diffuser (7), while being inserted to the internal diameter of the fourth assembly unit (3a) of the gas nozzle (3) to be also coupled to the gas nozzle (3); and a circular pin (5) in which internal diameter is inserted to surround an external diameter of the fourth assembly unit (3a) of the gas nozzle (3) to be coupled to the gas nozzle (3). |
