PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle device capable of preventing dwelling of bubbles on the outer periphery surface of an inner hub. SOLUTION: The needle device includes an inner hub 9 with a needle on the tip end and a cylinder shape body in which the inner hub 9 is stored. The inner hub 9 includes a through-hole 22 penetrating in the radial direction of the inner hub 9 and a dent part 23a formed in the outer periphery surface 23 of the inner hub 9. The opening of the through-hole 22 and the dent part 23a are connected in the circumferential direction in the inner hub 9. By forming the dent part 23a, a flow of liquid from the opening of the through-hole 22is regulated to flow along the dent part 23a and the flow of liquid advancing in the circumferential direction of the inner hub 9 can be promoted. Accordingly the discharge of bubbles in the circumferential direction of the inner hub 9 is promoted and the dwelling of bubbles on the outer periphery surface 23 of the inner hub 9 can be prevented.
