<p>The present invention relates to a process for preparing a PLLA/PDLA stereocomplex polymer, comprising the steps of:
a) polymerizing L,L-lactide to obtain PLLA;
b) polymerizing D,D-lactide to obtain PDLA;
c) mixing the PLLA obtained in step a) with the PDLA obtained in step b) in an extruder, in the presence of a supercritical fluid, thereby preparing a PLLA/PDLA stereocomplex polymer; and
d) optionally, removing the supercritical fluid from the PLLA/PDLA stereocomplex polymer obtained in step c).</p> |
