<p>The invention relates to a method for producing a structural element from components (12a through 12e, 16, 17, 18) made of pre-impregnated composite fibrous material (prepreg) having a hollow, semi-hollow, shallow or U-shaped or similar cross section, which are shaped and hardened under pressure and heat by means of at least one inserted flexible sealing membrane (15) in a molding tool. Either the already pre-formed components (12a through 12e, 16, 17, 18) of the structural element are deposited on a joining mold (10, 11) or blanks made of prepreg are formed into components therein, the components (12a through 12e, 16, 17, 18) being removed from the joining mold (10, 11) with the inserted sealing membrane(s) (15) and transferred into the molding tool.</p> |
