PURPOSE: A plastic bag manufacturing method including an airing member and a zipper bag are provided to remove defect factors caused by curl appearance of a thermosetting film and to facilitate an automated production. CONSTITUTION: Both ends of a cross section thermosetting film are separated as a regular interval and are folded in order to form an airing gap of which a thermosetting surface(40) faces the outside. A nonwoven fabric(42) of a polyester material fused by heat is supplied in a longitudinal direction and is fused by heat. A side film(4) comprises a nonwoven fabric attaching airing gap and a looped curve cross section and is prepared in the longitudinal direction. The side film is put on a lower film(50). An upper film(52) is put in order to cover the lower film and the side film. A thermosetting process is performed in the longitudinal direction as a predetermined width in a cutting center line of the side film. A cutting process is performed along the cutting center line in order to separate a right bag and a left bag of the cutting center line. |
