<p>According to the present invention, a display device includes: a substrate on which a plurality of pixels are provided; a thin film transistor arranged on each pixel; a passivation layer provided on the thin film transistor; a pixel electrode located on the passivation layer and is electrically connected with the thin film transistor; a sub-electrode located on the passivation layer, is totally covered by the pixel electrode, and has a higher electrical conductivity than one of the pixel electrode; an image display layer located on the pixel electrode; and a common electrode located on the image display device layer.</p> |
