1. An infrastructure equipment for forming part of a wireless communications network for communicating packet data to and from mobile units, the infrastructure equipment comprising:
a processor configured to establish non-Guaranteed Bit Rate Bearers in association with Packet Data Network connections between the mobile unit and one or more Packet Data Networks; a communications interface configured to communicate signaling data to a mobile unit using radio resources for providing one or more non-Guaranteed Bit Rate bearers in association with one or more packet data network connections between the mobile unit and at least one of the Packet Data Networks, the signaling data providing an indication of an Aggregate Maximum Bit Rate associated with an identifier of the at least one of the Packet Data Networks for packet data communication via the one or more non-Guaranteed Bit Rate bearers and priority parameter values applied to the one or more non-Guaranteed Bit Rate bearers, wherein the communications interface is further configured to receive, the packet data communication via the one or more non-Guaranteed Bit Rate bearers, the packet data communication being transmitted from the mobile unit to the at least one of the Packet Data Networks via the infrastructure equipment based on the priority parameter values and the Aggregate Maximum Bit Rate associated with the identifier of the at least one of the Packet Data Networks.
