The present invention relates to a dust collection and purification apparatus in a catalytic filter type for filtering exhaust gas of a diesel engine of a ship and, more specifically, to an integrated low pressure and high temperature dust collection and purification apparatus (300) capable of reducing particle matters and exhaust gas simultaneously by including: a duct directly connected to an exit line of exhaust gas of the diesel engine for a ship and power generation; a device for inserting a reducing agent such as urea or NH_3 for decreasing nitrogen oxide (NO_x) leaking through an exhaust gas exit between ducts; and a device (730) capable of adjusting the amount of exhaust gas flowing into an exhaust gas by-pass unit, while having a catalytic filter vertically or horizontally arranged inside, thereby controlling the driving pressure.
