A chair according to the present invention includes a frame (110) which supports the back of a seated person and has a lumbar support unit (120) which is formed on a part corresponding to the lumbar of the seated person; and a lumbar pad (130) which is installed on the frame (110) to be able to vertically move. As the lumbar pad (130) moves upward, the lumbar support unit moves forward or the lumbar support unit is supported, thereby firmly supporting the lumbar of the seated person by the support unit. |
