摘要 The present invention provides a manufacturing method of Korean rice wine and tangerine liquor using desalinized magma seawater, and Korean rice wine and tangerine liquor obtained thereby. Specifically, the present invention provides a manufacturing method of Korean rice wine and tangerine liquor having various minerals contained in desalinized magma seawater, which improves the preference to Korean rice wine and tangerine liquor, and enhances the alcohol productivity due to accelerated yeast proliferation and alcohol production by using desalinized magma seawater by 30% (v/v) or less of brewery water in manufacturing the Korean rice wine and tangerine liquor.
