The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of soybean paste and soybean sauce using magma seawater whereby, in particular, the magma seawater is desalted so that desalted magma seawater can be used to soak and steam beans with water; and powder salt, obtained by evaporating moisture in the magma seawater, is used; and thus the soybean paste and the soybean sauce containing minerals in large amounts can be manufactured.
