The present invention relates to customized insoles and customized sandals. More specifically, each of the customized insoles comprises: a heating sheet including a surface layer, an upper layer, a heating part, and an electrode part; a thermoplastic resin sheet; and a power supply terminal. The heating sheet includes a heating part having a heating circuit which is formed by printing with a conductive paint containing micro powder including one or more selected from silver (Ag), carbon (C), and copper (Cu) on a resin film of polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polycarbonate (PC), or polyimide (PI); and an elelctrode part which is precisely connected to the power supply terminal. The heating part has the heating circuit which is formed in a zig-zag form once or more while having separate spaces formed at a predetermined interval from the zig-zag forms. At least one separate space forms a cutting line while maintaining a predetermined interval from the heating circuit from the outside to the inside of the heating sheet, so that the heating sheet closely adheres to the thermoplastic sheet having a foot shape. Therefore, the customized insole can be manufactured in accordance with the shape and the feature of foot of a wearer while a predetermined molding temperature is maintained by the heating sheet, so that customized sandals capable of maximizing wearing feeling and minimizing fatigue feeling can be manufactured by being provided together with the customized insoles as one body. |
