The present invention relates to a shear stress concentrated torque shear coupler which forms a machining shape of a section reducing portion to a shape of′��prime;, thus minimizing the machining sectional area to reduce the abrasion of a machining tool and improving machining efficiency; and which adjusts the machining height of the inner peripheral surface of a separating portion to concentrate shear stress to the upper portion of the section reducing portion, thus uniformly forming the fracture surface of the section reducing portion when the separating portion of the torque shear coupler is separated from a fastening body, and achieving uniform torque control. Further, the torque shear coupler is adapted to connect a connection object like a steel bar to a connection member to allow the size of the introduced torque to be directly checked by naked eyes, thus reducing the inconveniences of a worker in the connection work and improving the work productivity.
