A method for diagnostics of intraoperative myocardial ischemia and myocardial contractile dysfunction under general anesthesia in patients with coronary disease through ECG monitoring includes quantitative determination of serum level of cardiac troponin I through 3-time pre- and post-operative investigation. Then the level of cerebral natriuretic peptide is determined in half an hour before operation and during an hour after it. Intraoperative monitoring of central hemodynamics is carried out by the method of integral tetrapolar rheogarphy by M. Tischenko by means of computer diagnostic complex “Rheospectrum”
