The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a display device using a flexible film, wherein the method comprises the steps of: performing plasma treatment on the surface of a flexible film; forming an adhesive layer consisting of a silane coupling agent on one surface of a carrier surface; adhering the adhesive layer and the plasma treated surface of the flexible film; forming a display element on the flexible film; and separating the flexible film by irradiating a laser beam on the back surface of the carrier substrate.
