PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor that can suppress reduction of dielectric constant of the ceramic capacitor even when a ceramic layer becomes thinner.SOLUTION: In a laminated ceramic capacitor 1 having a laminate 5 containing plural laminated ceramic layers 2 and plural internal electrodes 3 and 4 and plural external electrodes 6 and 7 which are formed on the outer surface of the laminate 5 and electrically connected to the internal electrodes 3 and 4, ceramic particles which are in contact with both the adjacent internal electrodes 3 and 4 through the ceramic layer 2 exist in the ceramic layer 2. Ceramic particles which are in contact with both the adjacent internal electrodes 3 and 4 exist on straight lines of 5 to 20% in number out of 100 straight lines which are drawn at the interval corresponding to the average particle diameter of the ceramic particles vertically to the internal electrodes 3 and 4 on the cross-section of the ceramic layer 2, the thickness of the ceramic layer 2 is equal to 0.8 μm or less, and the thicknesses of the internal electrodes 3 and 4 are equal to 0.60 μm or less. |
