The present invention comprises a frame having a positive pole and a negative pole; an LED chip which emits ultraviolet rays or visible rays when voltage is applied; a wire which electrically connects the frame and the LED chip; a glass lens which is mounted on the upper part of the emitting surface of the LED chip; and a fluorescent film which is mounted on the lower part of the glass lens. The glass lens comprises a dome shape or the same thickness according to the length direction. The LED chip is separated from the fluorescent film. The present invention relates to the LED lamp and a manufacturing method thereof capable of comprising an air layer which is an empty space between the emitting surface of the LED chip and the fluorescent film. The present invention is provided to easily obtain a structure in which the fluorescent film and the glass lens are laminated by combining glass with a fluorescent substance at low temperature; not to decrease a fluorescent feature by not degrading the fluorescent substrate; and to prevent the degradation of the fluorescent feature by limiting a chemical reaction between the glass and the fluorescent substance. |
