摘要 The present invention relates to a lens eccentricity test method of a lens type LED module and has a purpose for determining eccentricity by comparing the brightness of a left side and a right side of an image after capturing the image on a diffusion plate through an UV camera, which is formed by placing the diffusion plate on the LED module with a predetermined height, applying power to the LED module, and emitting light. The method comprises a first process for enabling an image processing apparatus to capture an LED module image formed on the diffusion plate; a second process for enabling the image processing apparatus to calculate the brightness intensity of a scan area including a center part in the LED module image and a brightness curve according to the brightness intensity; a third process for calculating a difference between the peak values by obtaining the maximum peak values from the right side and the left side in the brightness curve from the center part; a fourth process for comparing the difference value between the left and the right peak value with the set reference value; and a fifth process for determining faulty products or good products according to a comparison result in the fourth process. The eccentricity test method of the lens type LED module determines the eccentricity of the lens module and the LED chip by inputting the LED module image to the image processing apparatus after capturing the LED module image formed on the diffusion plate by light emitted from the LED chip through the lens module.
