The apparatus for preparing refrigerated products comprises at least one containment tank (2) suitable to contain the product to be prepared. Inside the tank (2) a mixing device (3) suitable to cause the continuous circulation of the product and a cooling device (4) for the product are arranged. At the lower edge of external walls (22) of the tank (2), outlet means (30) for an airflow (A) suitable to flow along the same external walls (22), moving in bottom-up direction, are arranged. |
