PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an etching-processed transparent conductive film with coloring and curling of transmitted light suppressed and moreover excellent in appearance of a patterned part and a non-patterned part. SOLUTION: In the etching-processed transparent conductive film, a patterned part of the surface has a lamination of a hard coat layer, a high refractive index layer, a low refractive index layer and an ITO layer, in this order from the surface of a transparent base material film, and the non-patterned part of the surface has a hard coat layer and a high refractive index layer in this order from the surface of the transparent base material film, and moreover there is formed a functional layer on the rear face. It is desirable that the high refractive index layer has a refractive index of 1.63-2.03 nm in a light wavelength of 400 nm and the film thickness of 40-99 nm, and that the low refractive index layer has a refractive index of 1.33-1.53 in a light wavelength of 400 nm and the film thickness of 5-100 nm.
