The present invention relates to a three-dimensional display area and provides an array substrate, a three-dimensional display device, and a driving method thereof. The array substrate includes: a substrate; and 2n-line pixel units which are formed on the substrate in an array format. On the array substrate, scanning lines corresponding to pixel units of each line are further included. Each scanning line is connected to a grid of a thin film transistor of a corresponding pixel unit and receives a grid scanning signal according to a predefined frequency. Scanning lines corresponding to pixel units in a 2k-1 line receive grid scanning signals within a predefined first time slot. Scanning lines corresponding to pixel units in a 2k line receive grid scanning signals within a predefined second time slot. n is a natural number and k is also a natural number greater than 1 and smaller than n. The technical solution of the present invention improves the regeneration factor of a display panel, secures charging time of pixel electrodes, and implements a three-dimensional display.
