摘要 PURPOSE: A steel composite beam for reduction of story height, a slim floor structure using the same, and a construction method thereof are provided to lower height of story of a structure and minimize the deflection for construction loads, thereby preventing the deterioration of structural performance of a beam and improving the workability. CONSTITUTION: A steel composite beam (100) for reduction of story height comprises an upper flange (110), a lower flange (120), a web (130), and a concrete part (150). The web connects the upper flange and the lower flange and has a plurality of longitudinal openings (131) formed by cutting a steel plate. The concrete part is formed by applying concrete to the lower flange and unitizes concrete placed to both sides of the web through the openings. The concrete part is applied to the upper side of the lower flange.
