The present invention relates to a gear shift control method and a gear shift control system of a hybrid vehicle capable of solving the dissatisfaction problem of a required torque during shift time reduction and gear shift by performing combined synchronization control of a target gear shift stage by using speed control of a driving motor during gear shift, and controlling pressure in order to obtain the required torque of a driver by a transmission clutch. For this, the gear shift control method of the hybrid vehicle using dynamic power of an engine and the driving motor may include the steps of: controlling the pressure of the transmission clutch for gear shift to the target gear shift stage; and controlling the speed of the driving motor in order for speeds of both stages of the transmission clutch to be synchronized. |
