The present invention relates to a chicken horizontal cutting apparatus especially for a horizontal cutting of a chicken breast among chicken by having a chicken receiving groove integrally formed on a lower feed conveyor and pressing and feeding the surface of the chicken breast by an upper feed conveyor, and which has purposes of horizontally cutting a chicken breast piece cut without an extra weight selection process according to various sizes of chicken breasts from back to the surface to have the uniform thickness, and does not require a work which resets the position of a cutter to be corresponding to supplied various sizes of the chicken breasts to enable an easy horizontal cutting process. |
