The present invention relates to a method and a system for providing a star card service and an electronic commerce service by recycling an NFC tag. The method for providing complex services using an NFC tag card comprises the following steps of: (a) reading and storing, by a user terminal including a NFC function, star information stored in a NFC tag card and transmitting a command to initiate a star information storage area of the NFC tag card; (b) performing, by the user terminal, the registration of the NFC tag card at a service server which provides the NFC tag card service; (c) performing, by the user terminal, product purchase and payment processes by accessing the service server, and controlling product code storage by receiving a purchased product code, transmitting the product code to the NFC tag, and storing the product cord in a data storage area.
