A method of controlling a display device including a touch screen is disclosed. The control method according to the present invention comprises the steps of setting an application execution space having one or more sub spaces in which windows executing applications are arranged; arranging windows corresponding to one or more applications which are executed in the sub spaces of the set application execution space; displaying a first sub space corresponding to one of the one or more sub spaces on the touch screen, receiving a data sharing command for sharing data included in a first window arranged in the first sub space; and sharing the data to be shared by a second window arranged in a second sub space corresponding to one of the one or more sub spaces based on the data sharing command.
