The present invention relates to a buffer grip for a stick, capable of adjusting the buffering degree according to the physical condition of a user. The present invention comprises: a grip including a spring mount groove vertically formed inside and having an opened lower portion, a bolt head insertion tap groove vertically formed at an upper part inside and having an opened upper portion, a vertical type shaft penetration hole formed between the bolt head insertion tap groove and the spring mount groove, at least one vertical protrusion guide part formed on the inner circumferential surface of the spring mount groove, and a pin hole horizontally formed at a lower part; a bolt inserted into the bolt head insertion tap groove to allow a screw shaft to penetrate the shaft penetration hole; a first spring penetrated by the screw shaft and positioned above the spring mount groove; an elevation plate inserted into the spring mount groove and including at least one rotation-preventing vertical groove inserted into the vertical protrusion guide part and a tap hole penetrated by the screw shaft to be coupled with the screw shaft; a second spring inserted into the spring mount groove to be positioned below the elevation plate, and having a greater compression strength than the first spring; a stick pipe mounted on a lower portion of the spring mount groove to be able to move upward and downward, and having a vertical long hole formed at a position corresponding to the pin hole; a fixed pin penetrating the pin hole of the grip and the vertical long hole to be fixed thereto; a cap bolt coupled to the bolt heat insertion tap groove to press the head of the bolt. |
