PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide indication device for construction machine capable of improving the visibility of two indication contents at an instrument indication portion displayed by liquid crystal. SOLUTION: This is a display picture 11 for an instrument which is so constructed as varying the amount of display by liquid crystal based on the detection signal output from sensors 41 and 42, and has liquid crystal display regions 14 and 16 indicating the amount of display indicated by the change in a region occupied area, and symbols 16a, 15b, 17a, 17b indicated in inner portion of the liquid crystal display region; when the region displaying the amount of display in the liquid crystal display region is overlapped with a symbol, the state of display of the symbol is formed to become opposite to the display of the region.
