The present invention relates to a temperature management system of a double layer greenhouse. The temperature management system of a double layer greenhouse comprises: an air supply unit (20) which generates hot air or cool air and forcibly sends the air to a greenhouse; a heat conservation unit (30) which supplies the hot air or cool air generated in the air supply unit (20) upwards through a heat conservation space (S2) between an inner vinyl (11) and an outer vinyl (12) from the lower end part of both sides of the greenhouse (10) and circulates the hot air or cool air collected in the upper part of the heat conservation space (S2) by resupplying the air to the air supply unit (20); an insulation unit (40) which insulates through the surface of the earth by being buried in the lower end part of the heat conservation space (S2) at a predetermined depth of the ground; a heat storage unit (50) which is installed in the heat conservation space (S2) along the upper side of the insulation unit (40) and emits accumulated heat at night by accumulating solar heat; a sensing unit (60) which mounts temperature sensors (61, 62) in order to respectively check a crop cultivation space (S1) and the upper end part of the heat conservation space (S2); and a control unit (70) which controls the air supply unit (20) so that the crop cultivation space (S1) and the heat conservation space (S2) maintain the same temperature by a signal from the sensing unit (60).
