摘要 An intraoperative visual nerve monitoring device using pattern visual evoked potential according to the present invention comprises a stimulator which has a plurality of lighting emitting devices integrated and is disposed on the front of the eye; an operation unit which can form a plurality of patterns by controlling the on and off of the plurality of light emitting devices; and a display module which uses the visual evoked potential of the pattern generated in the operation unit. The visual nerve monitoring device according to the present invention determines whether there is damage to visual nerve by providing a patterned or segmented stimulus in various forms to the eye through a light emitting part while going through the process of brain surgery such as brain-nervous system or cerebrovascular surgery and specifying the time to reach the cerebral cortex.
