Disclosed is a cold and warm cup holder apparatus for a vehicle which improves fast cooling and warming performance by delivering heat of a conditioning air performing cooling and warming of the vehicle to a beverage container directly, and can optimize an arrangement structure of an air conditioning wind cooling or heating the beverage container. The cold and warm cup holder apparatus for a vehicle includes: a housing which is connected to an air conditioning duct installed to discharge a cool wind or a warm wind blown from an air conditioning device of the vehicle to a compartment of the vehicle, and forms an air flow path of an air conditioning wind in the inside; and a cup holder part which is formed on an upper plane of the housing, and accommodates the beverage container. The cup holder part is cooled and warmed by being delivered with heat by the air conditioning wind flowing through the air conditioning duct, and comprises a thermo element which delivers heat to the cup holder part by means of conduction by being heated or cooled by an applied current. Therefore, the cold and warm cup holder apparatus can warm and cool the beverage container rapidly through conduction heat transfer through the thermo element and direct convection heat transfer using the air conditioning wind, and maximizes the cooling and warming performance, and can perform continuous cooling and warming even when the air conditioning device does not work, and also has excellent fast cooling and warming performance by delivering the heat of the air conditioning wind to the beverage container directly.
