A method for manufacturing a low melting point polyester-based complex fiber having an excellent flame-retardant performance according to the present invention has an effect of providing a fiber replacing a PVC coating product using a phthalate-based plasticizer promoted as an object of environmental regulation. Moreover, the low melting point polyester-based complex fiber has excellent durability, shape stability, elastic recovery rate, and compression rebound properties, and achieves the flame-retardant properties, adhesive properties, and tactility, while minimizing the generation of yarn faults. Especially, the flame-retardant performance is excellent even after a thermal process for thermal bonding and the disadvantage of hardening of the fabric is remarkably prevented. |
