PURPOSE: A humidity measuring device is provided to improve the accuracy for measuring moisture contained in coal with an infrared moisture sensor by making the surfaces of the coal flat. CONSTITUTION: A humidity measuring device includes a measurement duct (20), an infrared moisture sensor (30), and a measurement compensation member. One end of the measurement duct is communicated with a transferring chute on the rear end of coal moisture control equipment. The infrared moisture sensor is mounted on the measurement duct in order to measure the moisture of the coal inserted into the measurement duct. The measurement compensation member compensates errors due to steam inside the measurement duct. The measurement compensation member includes a negative pressure forming unit (60) generating negative pressure inside the measurement duct. |
